| After initially being designed for the model engine market, the FXR65 was further developed as a lightweight power plant for military UAV's and was the primary design for the FXR100 unit. In the field it has proven vertical start/launch capability and took first place in the 2003 Gas Turbine Association annual fuel efficiency competition, beating the second placed engine by an amazing 42%. | |
